HTML's (not for presentations)- Moving text

Here's a HTML code: <marquee direction="up" scrolldelay="1" scrollamount="9" width="100%" style="font-family: Forte; text-align:justify;filter:wave(add=5, phase=10, freq=5, strength=100);"><center><font color="blue" size="8"><br>H<br>E<br>Y<br><br>E<br>V<br>E<br>R<br>Y<br>O<br>N<br>E<br>!<br><br>P<br>L<br>E<br>A<br>S<br>E<br><br>C<br>O<br>M<BR>M<BR>E<br>N<br>T<br>!<br><br>A<br>N<br>D<br><br>L<br>I<br>K<br>E<br><br>U<br>S<br><br>O<br>N<br><br>F<br>B<br>!</font></center></marquee>

It doesn't work for presentations but it's pretty cool:

Sorry it's a bit fast, it started off so slow so I made it a bit faster, but a bit too fast! To change the speed change the thing that says 'scrollamount="9"' you can change the 9 (10=fast  1=slow)
